I went to photograph the sun and the moon got in the way.

In March 2015 I travelled to John O'Groats in Scotland, UK. There I hoped to photograph the Solar Eclipse. It was close to the most northerly part of the mainland and the possibility was to witness a 98% eclipse. All was set up and I waited. The weather forecast was for clear skies. As the moon began to move in front of the sun, all was good. At the point of maximum coverage (98%), the clouds rolled in.
